Location

Location

Thanks to its idyllic location on the high plateau above Meiringen/Haslital , the village of Goldern and the châlet offer you a wide range of holiday activities from quite evening walks to day tours, hikes and various skiing slopes in winter.

The lawn in front of the house commands a perfect view of the Wetterhorn and the Grimsel pass region; it is secluded and quiet – ideal for undisturbed sunbathing

Cooler evenings are well spent at the baby grand (key available on request) or reading in front of the open fire.

There are 3 unsheltered parking spaces directly in front of the house.

In Goldern, at the Restaurant Post, turn right into the “Gässli” (signpost “Zeltplatz”), then follow the Gässli, after about 200m you will see an open meadow on the left and our house at the edge of the forest, white at the bottom, dark stained wood on top; from the Gässli, a little road leads to the left (across tehe mentioned meadow), signpost “Flüehli” – if you take the steep left-hand bend down to the Zeltplatz, you are too far …; there are three parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Park your car directly in front of the house (and not in front of the tool shed on the right, it belongs to the neighbor, he must be able to drive in and out of there). If there is a lot of snow, I recommend you to bring the snow chains.
